Multi Mode Reader

Principle
The Synergy HT can measure absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence. Absorbance can be measured in both UV and visible range using a xenon flash lamp. The monochromator provides wavelength selection from 200 to 999 nm in 1-nm increments. For fluorescence determinations, Synergy HT uses a tungsten quartz halogen lamp with interference filters for wavelength specificity in conjunction with a photomultiplier PMT. Excitation: 300 to 650 nm, Emission: 300 to 700 nm. The luminescence in Synergy HT is measured by the low-noise PMT detector through an empty filter position in emission filter wheel or with a filter if light filtering is necessary.
