Present Research Interest

  • Present research interest lies in the area of understanding the interplay between effector and regulatory T cells in IBD and gut infection.
  • Understanding T cell differentiation pathways in immunity, autoimmunity and cancer immunity.
  • Understanding the metabolic regulation of T cells during their differentiaon.
  • Identify and understand the role of check point inhibitors in cancer immunity.
  • Understanding transcriptional regualtions of Th9 and Th17 cells.
